26 years in reception – a new chapter begins

For 26 years, Inger Kjeldsen has been one of the first smiles to welcome colleagues and guests in Aalborg. Since joining in 1999, she has witnessed the company grow significantly – but for her, the heart of the workplace has always been the people.

While processes have become more digital over time, Inger has remained focused on human connection. She has taken the time for conversations, shown genuine curiosity and made others feel welcome and seen – whether greeting drivers, supporting colleagues or assisting at internal events.

Social activities have played a special role in her journey. Through the staff association, she has participated in cinema trips and summer parties – always eager to nurture the sense of community across departments.

“I have been privileged to meet almost all employees. That has meant a great deal to me,” she says.

As Inger now enters early retirement, she leaves behind a strong reminder of something important: a sense of belonging and community at work.
