A career built on precision
After nearly a decade at Fibertex Personal Care, Palle Sørensen is retiring, bringing to a close a long and impressive career defined by technical expertise, precision, and a strong sense of integrity.
Palle joined the company in 2016, but his connection to Fibertex goes back much further. Over the years, he contributed as an external partner, delivering technical solutions and building a reputation for quality and attention to detail – values he continued to bring to his role as part of the team in Aalborg.
Known for his structured approach and practical mindset, Palle has played an important role in developing and maintaining solutions that support daily operations. From technical improvements to hands-on work in production, his contributions have made a lasting difference.
Colleagues describe him as a dedicated and highly reliable professional – someone who always delivers well-thought-out solutions and never compromises on quality.
As Palle now enters retirement, he leaves behind a strong reminder of something important: that dedication and a positive working environment truly matter.
