Acquisition of Innowo Print

In 2008, Fibertex Personal Care co-founded the German print company Innowo Print – and today made an aacquisition of the remaining 85% of shares in Innowo Print AG.

Direct printing on nonwovens is a field where we can differentiate us from our competitors and provide a service that complements our core product – so acquiring Innowo Print is an important strategic move for our business.
