The Fibertex Personal Care group employs 600+ people globally. Our headquarters are in Denmark.
Our nonwovens production sites are located in Denmark and Malaysia, with additional sales support in Japan. Our printing production facilities are located in the USA and Germany.
We supply spunmelt nonwoven fabrics and print on many types of nonwovens for hygiene products.
But what we really want to deliver to our customers is peace of mind – from the first contact until our product completes theirs.
The solution to this challenge lies not in the machinery, technology or people, but in the intersection of all three.

To ensure maximum reliability for our customers and to use resources as efficiently as possible, it is important that a modern IT system is established and properly maintained throughout the company. This also applies to sensitive customer data, as only a polished, state-of-the-art IT environment can provide the level of data security and availability that we strive for.
My responsibility is to coordinate with my own department as well as all other departments within the company to provide quick and efficient solutions whenever issues arise within the system. It is also my personal goal to streamline our processes and improve productivity based on input from my colleagues.
Open and transparent communication within our company is something I value highly, and I enjoy both the diversity of my work and the people I work with.

I began my journey in 2003 as an Electrical Engineer with Fibertex Personal Care, then known as Fibertex Nonwovens.
Five years later, I was entrusted with leading IT operations – an unexpected yet defining turning point in my career. The challenge was significant, but the organisation’s unwavering commitment, both locally and globally, provided me with the support, exposure, and confidence to succeed. With each step, I was empowered to grow, learn, and lead.
Today, as an IT Manager, I drive local initiatives while collaborating closely with global teams. This journey has taught me that in every challenge, there is always an opportunity and with the right mindset and commitment, potential can be transformed into achievement.
