The scope of this function is report of suspected illegal activities and behaviour conflicting with our ethical standards as defined in our Code of Conduct.
The function is operated by Fibertex Personal Care – and supervised by an internal committee who will approve and monitor all subsequent handling of reported concerns.
Issues related to internal disagreements and/or discontent with business policies in general are outside the scope of this function and will be deleted.
It is optional whether you want to submit your report anonymous or include personal data.
Either way, the information you provide will always be treated confidentially.
Reporting is possible in four languages: Danish, English, German and Malay.
