The Assistant Quality Manager is a highly valued member of the Fibertex Personal Care team and is responsible for critical activities including coordinating the implementation, auditing, managing, and continuous improvement of quality management systems throughout the production process to ensure that products and services are consistent with Fibertex Personal Care´s established standards, customer and product specifications, and production goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, related field or equivalent and 5 years of relevant work experience.
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job; mechanical, electrical, and pressurized equipment, including hazardous materials and fumes/odors. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and will comply with government regulations regarding hearing protection.
