Communication Executive

Fibertex Personal Care Group is a multinational company with headquarters in Denmark. We employ about 750 people globally. From our manufacturing sites in Denmark, Germany, Malaysia and USA, we export to customers worldwide. Fibertex Personal Care is one of the leading suppliers of high quality nonwovens and print on nonwovens fabric to the hygiene industry, mainly in Europe and Asia Pacific.

The position

We are looking for a Communication Executive to join our Human Resources team. The Communication Executive will play an integral role in communications via various internal & external platforms to share good stories and grow the company’s footprint.

In this role, you will create compelling content to attract, retain and inspire employees.

Job responsibilities

• Design & create communication materials, video contents and social media content using multimedia tools for various internal & external platforms.
• Design artwork for recruitment materials such as job posting & job fair.
• Support initiatives led by the Sustainability Development Goals (SDG) team.
• Support company events and activities related to employee engagement and CSR.
• Plan and perform photography and videography for events, campaigns, employer branding, including editing, communicating with the corporate team and producing compelling content for internal & external audiences.
• Create storyboards for events, campaigns, employer branding & etc.
• Continuously maintain and develop digital branding visuals and content.
• Undertake HR and administrative tasks, ad-hoc functions and related duties when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Advertising or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
• Technical skills including but not limited to Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator.
• Understand multimedia tools to combine different content forms that our employees interact with.
• Creative skills and graphic design ability.
• Experience in multimedia designer background such as user interface design (UI), user experience design (UX) and digital content will be an added advantage.
• Able to speak and write English fluently, communicate smoothly and efficiently across our global organisation.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills in order to work with various teams.
