We want to avoid that our employees become part of this statistic. To support this, we regularly organise health talks carried out by professionals, host health-screening programs to promote preventive care such as healthy life style and early detection of chronic diseases. This increases quality of life and saves employee’s from suffering. As a valuable side-effect it also has a positive effect on employers cost on medical expenses and public funds.
Our health screening packages are based on the individual’s job function and age, so it matches the individual needs and risks. After putting this in focus and using resources on this subject, we see employees take responsibility for their health including having health screenings on regular basis on their own initiative.
